Opening Week Offer Terms

This agreement applies to members who purchase the Opening Week Exclusive (8 Weeks Unlimited). It forms an agreement between you and Casa Vira Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 691 682 756) ATF The Phan-Padernilla Family Trust (ABN 65 470 942 935) (“Casa Vira”, “we”, “us”). Our Membership Terms & Conditions also apply. If anything in this agreement differs from those terms, this agreement applies to your Opening Week Exclusive.

1. Your Opening Week Exclusive

Your Opening Week Exclusive gives you 8 weeks of unlimited access at 40% off our Infinite membership, just $69 per week (GST inclusive). This includes unlimited mat classes (hot pilates and yoga) and 1 reformer class per day. Your 8 weeks start on the date of your first payment.

2. Deposit

Your initial payment of $69 secures your spot and covers your first week of access. It is part of your membership and is not an additional fee.

3. Billing

Your Opening Week Exclusive is billed weekly to your nominated card or bank account:

At sign-up: $69 (deposit, covering week 1)
Then $69 per week for the remaining 7 weeks, charged on the same day each week as your first payment

Total: $552 for 8 weeks.

4. After Your 8 Weeks

Your Opening Week Exclusive ends after 8 weeks. Your membership then continues as The Essential (3 classes per week) at the founding rate of $79 per week, billed fortnightly at $158, unless you choose another founding membership:

The Elevate: 2 classes per week, $60 per week
The Infinite: unlimited mat classes and 1 reformer class per day, $115 per week

We’ll check in with you during your 8 weeks to help you choose. To choose a different membership, or to finish at the end of your 8 weeks, please let us know at least 14 days before your 8 weeks end. If you let us know later than this, your 14-day notice period runs into your new membership and payments continue until it ends. By accepting this agreement, you authorise Casa Vira to set up your chosen founding membership (or The Essential by default) and to continue billing your nominated payment method.

5. No Minimum Term

Your Opening Week Exclusive and the founding membership that follows have no minimum term. You may cancel at any time with 14 days’ written notice (two weekly payments while billed weekly), as set out in our Membership Terms & Conditions.

6. Your Founding Rate

Your founding rate is locked in while you remain a member, except for adjustments capped at CPI, applied no more than once per 12-month period, with at least 30 days’ written notice. If you cancel and later rejoin, standard membership rates will apply.

7. Deposit Refunds

Your $69 deposit is non-refundable once your spot is confirmed, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Freezes

Freezes are not available during your 8-week Opening Week Exclusive. After your 8 weeks, freezes are available as set out in our Membership Terms & Conditions.

9. Class Access

During your 8 weeks, your membership includes unlimited mat classes and a maximum of 1 reformer class per day. Reformer bookings cannot exceed this daily limit under any circumstance. After your 8 weeks, class access follows your chosen founding membership.

10. Eligibility

The Opening Week Exclusive can be purchased once per person and is only available for purchase until 6:00pm AWST on Wednesday 4 November 2026. It is not available to members who have already purchased the Founding Intro.

11. Your Rights

Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
